Job Description

Trip Begin Limited is seeking ambitious and self-driven District Key Account Managers (KAM) for B2B sales on a contractual basis. Your role will be to onboard and manage travel agents and corporate clients within your district, provide them with our B2B platform access, and drive monthly sales volume. This hybrid position is ideal for professionals who excel in field engagement and client relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and support local travel agencies and corporate travel clients
  • Provide B2B login access, training, and ongoing support
  • Achieve and exceed district-wise monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships
  • Gather local market intelligence and suggest strategies
  • Submit weekly reports and client feedback to the central office

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel or service industry
  • Strong local network with agencies or corporate clients is a plus
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Must be based in or near the assigned district (Dhaka and Rajshahi)
